For the last 8 years a significant proportion of our work has come from letting agents and landlords. We can work both with landlords direct and via letting agents if preferred.

No job is too small so we can help with everything from changing a tap, fixing a leaky roof right up to large jobs such as updating a bathroom or kitchen or replacing the entire roof.

We offer free no obligation quotes and because we are a smaller family owned business, only working with a network of trusted sub-contractors, many who are long serving, often our quote will be significantly cheaper than from a larger firm. At the same time the quality of our work speaks volume and when selecting your property maintenance contractor, we are happy to supply references.
